TERMS OF SERVICE

I, as the artist, reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason from clients.If the client shows any forms of ill or unacceptable behavior towards me, the commission will instantly be cancelled without warning. Repeat offenses will result in the client being blacklisted. Clients are normally under a three strike rule.Fast and clear communication is heavily preferred especially on the client's end. Little or no communication one week after a commission has started will result in a cancelled order and an attempted refund.PAYMENT
As stated previously, payment is only taken through Cashapp for the time being.Normally, clients are expected to pay at least half price after the lineart stage of the commission and to pay the remaining portion before the finishing touches. However, the client can also choose to pay fully upfront if willing.In the situation a commission has begun and the client has reached a payment point, clients can pay whenever they are ready. They have one month starting from the day the commission was accepted and started to pay. If payment does not occur after that month, the commission will be placed on hold and I will attempt to discuss a payment plan (if necessary) as the client's final resort.In the stage of a final resort, if there is no communication on the client's end one week after the idea is presented, the commission will be deemed null.PROCESS AND DEADLINES
The commission process as of currently goes as such: The client fills out any commission form of their choosing, I review it, and if accepted, I collect any references sent through file responses and reach out to the client through the chosen method of contact.When a commission has started, I will keep turnaround time within one week, starting from the exact hour I begin working. If I need an extension, I will let the client know as soon as possible.Commission orders that have a deadline of at least one week from the day the form was submitted will be accepted. Anything less than that time frame will be declined.REVISIONS
Progress checks are given after every stage on all commissions unless the client notifies me that they do not want progress checks. If clients decline progress checks, I will make sure to notify when they are approaching a payment point.Clients have an infinite number of slots for revisions. Revisions are free of charge. Asking for revisions works best if the client accepts progress checks.CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The client is given up until the beginning of the coloring stage to cancel a commission without a deduction. Any cancellations from the clients end after the coloring stage will receive a refund with a 5% deduction. In the situation a client is still waiting in the queue, they may cancel at any time beforehand.If I, as the artist, cancel a commission for any reason, the client will receive a full refund and the commission will be on hold until further notice.MEDIA POSTING
I, as the artist, reserve the rights to each and every one of my commissions, meaning that they can be posted to socials and used in this site's gallery page as an example. Clients must let me know if they would like to keep their commissions private.Clients have the right to post their commissions to their socials, use their commission as a profile picture, banner, or page decor so long as proper credit is given.Clients are forbidden from using my art for AI, NFTs, or cryptocurrency. For commercial purposes such as logos, stickers, or merchandise must be discussed extensively with me.RETURNING CLIENTS
All terms always apply for clients who are returning.Clients who plan to return must wait a cool down time of 24 hours starting from the hour their commission was finished.NULLED COMMISSIONS
In the case of a nulled or commission placed on hold, the client can always come back to it. They have one month to contact me regarding the contiuation of a nulled commission. If there is no communication from the client after one month, the nulled commission will be terminated and the client will have to sumbit a completely new form.By commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms.
